Costs and payment

Price

This is a deLuxe tour, we will provide you with the best accommodation in Hanoi (we will stay in Mövenpick hotel) and a luxury cruise on Halong Bay with Emeraude Cruises. Mai Chau will be on the other side of the spectrum, sleeping in stilt houses with the locals. But quality on the Mai Chau trip will not be compromised. This week-long event will be packed with excellent runs, great parties and amazing sight-seeing.

The price is 650 US$ per person, based on double occupation (room sharing). If you want single occupancy, the price is 800 US$. However, this is only for single occupancy during the time we are in Hanoi (4 nights). On the boat it's not possible, because of the lack of rooms, and in Mai Chau it is not possible, because it doesn't exist.

Registration

Registration is limited to 140 people, and is on a first paid, first served basis.

Registration consists of two steps:

1. Fill out the registration form '(one for each person coming)
2. Make the payment for your booking(s)

Step 2, payment, can be done in two ways:

1. On-line, by credit card through PayPal.
   
   Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still transfer money by credit card.
   Just make your choice, click on the 'Buy now' button and click on 'Continue'
   
   
   
   Please note that there is 3.8% surcharge for credit card processing (but still cheaper then bank transfer fees). Payments are made to 'Vinacarta'

In the last case, you are required to email advice of payment dispatch, indicating amount sent, bank name, date sent, and the names, hash handles and kennels for which the payment is made. This mail advice is to be sent to: lubesvietnam@gmail.com or use our contact form

All payments should be net in US Dollars. All transfer charges have to be added to the fee.

Cancelation

The following cancellation charges will apply:-

• Before end March 2010 - Full deposit  refund
• Before end April 2010 - 70% deposit refund
• Before end May 2010 - 50% of payment refunded
• Before 15 June 2010 - 30% of payment refunded
• 15 June 2010 and later - No refund ( claim on travel insurance)

Transfer of Registration

You can transfer your registration and payment to another Hasher at any time, as long as full details are advised to the Rumble Coordinator.

Included / Excluded

What is included:    

• Airport transport upon arrival with Air Asia Flight AK 870 which most of the Hashers will use and flights what arrived around the same time at Noi Bai Airport.
• All Hash fees.
• Buses to the run sites and back.
• The drinks ( beer or softie ) during the runs and circles.
• All ON ON parties, including food, beer, soft drinks and water).
• All organized city and boat tours.
• Bus to Mai Chau and Halong Bay.
• Hotel / Stilt Houses / Boat accommodations with common breakfast.
   

What is excluded:   

• Bank transfer fees for the Lube
• Visa for Vietnam
• Flight from Kutching - Hanoi.
• Health or accident insurance for the time during your VN journey.
• Private expenses like souvenirs, etc.
• All meals and drinks during your free times.
